Examination

Examination of cultural artifacts is conducted by gemological centre of Ukraine by request of juridical and other persons.

Main purpose of examination - is accordance of independent and objective information about classification and nomenclatural meaning of cultural monument and determination of evaluative cost of cultural monument.

To reach this purpose is conducted the following procedures:

·   processing of information about object given by customer;

·   identification and attribution of examination object according to the scientific-unified pass, confirmed by order of Ministry of Culture and art of Ukraine;

·   determination of customer value of examination object according to criterion indicated in Protocol of evaluation of cultural artifacts;

·   sorted determination of examination object;

·   conducting of gemological examination relative precious stones, precious stones with organic formation, semi-gems and decorative stones;

·   determination of basic value for examination object;

·   determination of value for the object as of the date of evaluation;

·   composition of Protocol for evaluation of cultural monument;

·   completing of expert report on examination results.

This examination is conducted by experienced experts, which have high education and special qualification, received in leading museums of Ukraine, gemological centers of Russia and East Europe and they have daily practice.

On examination results is issued Expert report according to the form confirmed by Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
